At Girl Start Over We aknowledge what happened in a  real raw way, we process pain, and we heal and move forward. Whether you were cheated on, lied to, or abused, we heal together. There is no shame or embarassment.

We take accountability and look back at our past relationships and actions to see what we learned but we also recognize that we are not that woman any more. We explore self compassion, the forgiveness of God and choose not to punish our self over past decisions.

The end goal of girl start over is to help women go from toxic and abusive relationships to becoming women who know their worth and become the women that they were always supposed to be, the woman God had in mind.
